Mr ANOULACK CHANTHIVONG (Macquarie Fields—Minister for Better Regulation and Fair Trading, Minister for Industry and Trade, Minister for Innovation, Science and Technology, Minister for Building, and Minister for Corrections) — Robotics and coding are a key part of learning within our NSW public school system, cultivating creativity and problem-solving skills among young learners. Over the past three years, Ingleburn Public School's Coding and Robotics students have excelled in the annual Universal Robotics Challenge where they have consistently ranked amongst the top three schools nationwide. In September this year, Ingleburn Public School's robotics team have earnt the opportunity to represent their community and country at the Universal Robotics Challenge 2024 World Finals in Osaka, Japan. The Ingleburn Public School team is one of only three teams to represent Australia in the primary division and will be competing against other teams from around the world. This is a fantastic achievement, and our community is very proud of their efforts. Congratulations to the Ingleburn Public School Robotics Team, consisting of Claire, Winston, Flynn and Aarifa. I would also like to acknowledge the outstanding teachers and staff who have been instrumental in the team's success and supported them on this incredible journey. Good luck to our students in Japan! I commend your efforts and wish you every success.
