On 9 December 2020, the Liberal Government announced plans for the sale of 77 hectares of land at Hurlstone Agricultural High School for development including high-rise flats.

It is outrageous and appalling that the Liberal Government requires the community to provide feedback on the changes to Hurlstone by 23 December 2020.

In fact, releasing information about changes to Hurlstone Agricultural High School weeks out from Christmas is disgraceful.

I have urgently written to the Minister asking her to extend the consultation period until March 2021. However, there is no guarantee the Minister will do the right thing. So I encourage you to provide feedback on the changes to Hurlstone by 23 December 2020.

More information on the project - including how to provide feedback - can be found at https://www.schoolinfrastructure.nsw.gov.au/projects/h/hurlstone-agricultural-high-school-project.html
